I am a Director of Loss Control Services for Keenan & Associates. I speak to audiences, nationally, on risk management, life management, and business management system topics. I am a faculty member of The National Alliance and teach the Certified School Risk Manager core classes. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a management concentration, a Master of Science degree in Emergency Services Administration, and am a Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM). Additionally I hold an Associate in Risk Management with a Public Entities (ARM-P) designation and have spent more than 40 years working in both the private and public sectors. Bill's sense of humor, passion for risk management, and public school experience make him both an informative and engaging presenter. Bill's emphasis is on reducing loss exposures through planning, training, and building strong relationships throughout the region. His years of industry experience and his ability to communicate make him a valued contributor to the education community.
