I am an analytic professional with fifteen plus years of experience managing PMOs and the coordination of all risk projects and budget planning. Determines priorities, timeframes, funding, and staffing; assembling cross-functional project teams; ensuring that project plans provide for adequate management control; establishing and standardizing communication strategy with all stakeholders; and ensuring projects follow established approval processes (e.g. New Initiatives Committee). Skills include: PMO management, budgeting, identifying and mitigating risk across the enterprise, Basel II, Basel III and Dodd-Frank.
