A committed and enthusiastic healthcare manager and clinician with over 20 years clinical experience of working within critical care in a wide variety of countries. In an effort to develop my career in quality improvement I studied MSc Quality and Safety in Healthcare at Imperial College London. This has enabled me to make the transition from providing direct clinical care as an ICU nurse to improving the quality of care delivery as a patient safety and quality manager for a large NHS Trust.
