I am very ambition person. I want to try new challenges, to specialize on my work field of finance and to update my current profile background. I always want to learn something new. I want to work with internationals and learn from new cultures, especially from Chinese culture where I actually want to be. My main business challenge is to stay calm and to make snap decisions when some staff hasn't been done by somebody responsible when the deadlines are met (talking about team work).
