• Having a background of working with multinationals, Banking & Financial Institutions, I have worked on almost on all senior positions on variety of assignments as Head of Operations, Coordinator, Commercial Bank’s Rep., Credit & Risk, Compliance chief, and the Regional & Head of Audit & Inspection Division, with three big and medium sized commercial organizations; • Particularly my last over 15 years experience involved the assignments as Executive Head in the field of Credit & Risk Management, Operations/Admn., Head of Credit Division, Compliance Head and as well as Regional/Head of Audit, covering the all areas of Pakistan. Besides a member of Executive committee/ALCO for nine years and as Member on different committees, i.e. H.R. Recruitment, Compliance, Audit, E.C & ALCO, etc. Various middle/senior management positions held are summarized below: • Head of Credit(last assignment with a commercial Bank, head Corporate, SME, Micro & Consumer Financing, apart also remained head for Corporate Credit & involved in Syndicate & Commodity financing; • Head of Operations(Admn.
