Has 29 years of experience working in Economic and Financial Analysis, Project Optimizations, Project Risk Assessment and Modeling in the USA, Russia, Central Asia, South East Asia, and Africa. Former researcher for the Soviet Defense System and advisor to a Prime Minister in Central Asia. Experienced in managing the economic aspects of large investments, regional and local markets, and technically complex construction projects. Has a broad range of project experience including Economic and Financial Feasibility Analysis, Quantified Risk Assessments and Modeling, Project scope and parametric optimizations (such as optimization of hydro dam height, discharge volumes and installed power capacity), Energy Market Analysis and Assessment of Cost of Power Generation. Experience of working with designers and engineers to produce optimal solutions. Experienced in workshops, advising project managers and government officials on economic and financial aspects of investment projects. Excellent computer skills and competent in the use of various modeling software packages.
