I am an Account Manager for Index Engines. We work with Risk and IT Managers who are challenged with implementing data management policies and have expressed frustration around identifying data required to retain and data not mandated by policy to keep. These managers are also finding it increasingly difficult to find and preserve user files and email to support legal, compliance and policy regulations. Index Engines technology is a tool that provides access to all classes of enterprise data from primary networks to backup tapes and provides comprehensive search, reporting and management capabilities so that enterprise data can be managed according to policy, secured and archived according to business needs.
