Senior exec with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management. Direct experience of the management of a Broker and Corporate and Investment Bank. Additional experience in the fields of Brokerage, Private Equity, Asset Management and Family Office as Compliance Officer.Solid knowledge of Securities, Funds and related business support functions, including: o Sales and trading of cash, derivative and structured products across FICC (Interest rate products, credit products, Mortgages, Currencies and Commodities) and Equities (listed and OTC trading - shares, options, and futures),Actual missions: - Provide support for merger or reorganization of entities - Definition and implementation of target organization - Realization of risk and process mapping - Analysis of Compliance requirement - Business Process Modeling to improve the quality, timeliness and risk management - Measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of action plans undertaken - Direction of the firm's banking and investment agreements - Funds selection and due dilligence - Setting up precise funds performance reporting
