i am Rizwan Shaikh ,from Mumbai (India), owner of Capital One Financial Services,a small broker firm dealing with different type of financial instrument like home loan, car loan ,business & personal loan ,insurance,real estate etc . i have just tie up with two different firm one freedom financial (it's a financial planing firm ) & 2nd Multigain services (it's a BSE /NSC )broker i want to expand my business, basic problem we are facing skilled man power as it's a small firm don't have much capital to invest please help me i want expand pan it india presence franchise model.
