Plan the overall activities of the project; identify key milestones and critical path analysis and forecasting completion timeline.  Prepare Engineering schedule. Review of project basic and detailed engineering drawings in line with the contract requirement and coordination with customer for approval.  Planning the site base establishment. Coordinate with the customer for vendor drawing approvals, material inspection, Site work approvals, invoice certification.  Finalizing requirements and specifications as per standard code of practice like checking and certifying Bills.  Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.  Liaising with external agencies, clients & consultants for determining technical specifications, approvals for execution & obtaining on-time clearances.  Assuring on-time deliveries of the materials at site with coordination with the supply chain management and getting clearances of engineering issues from engineering.  Preparaing and getting the Work Complition Certificates from the customer as the project guidelines.  Preparing the Work Time Schedule for the contractor and keeping a close look for the timely complition of the project.
