I believe, aptitude regarding human understanding, sense of judgment, administrative and managerial capacity can be achieved by mainly two ways i.e. the knowledge through education but most importantly by working experience. I have worked with various reputed RMG company at senior level before joining Greenland Garments Ltd as Project Head (GM-Ops). I also acts as part time Consultant in different Garment factory & Buying houses on Garments Operation Management, Factory Capacity & Capability (FCCA), Global Security Verification (GSV) / Customs Trade Partnership against Terrorism (C-TPAT), Compliance, Human Resources Development and Industrial Security. Before starting consultancy I worked with Wal-Mart;GP, BD as “Manager- GPS & Supply Chain (GSV/C-TPAT)”. In Wal*Mart;BD, GP beside Bangladesh I was also responsible for Indonesia for GSV/C-TPAT and auditing. In addition to having a MBA degree I have received professional trainings from Bangalore, India on (1) Global Procurement Security, (2) Supply Chain Security (C-TPAT/GSV) which was contacted by Wal*Mart, USA and Intertek, Singapore. Beside expertise on Apparel & Fashion Management I also achieved certificates on PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT FOR MANAGERS; INDUSTRIAL HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY; SECURITY MANAGEMENT & PROTECTION.
