My Name is Ugur Kasapoglu I am a business man, I am Turkish Cypriot.European citizen, I live in Iskele-Karpaz district and in this area it has become a tourism icon. In this area 200,000,000 dollars worth of 17 hotel projects are being built here. 4 of which is finished, Kaya Artemis and Noahs Ark, Babylon hanging gardens, and Roma collesium. There is 2 projects for a yacht marina and one is under construction. Big business men from Turkey, Russia, Israil, and other countries buy land and investments in these areas. I have a project called Anfora Shopping Center & Entertainment. In North Cyprus no one has built a open or closed shopping center project. I am the fırst person to do a project like this. We have great interest but because of lack of capital I have not been able to finish my project.
