Who is a family or household member?

Spouses, former spouses, relatives by blood or marriage, people who live or lived together as a family, and parents of a child in common. Except for shared parents, they must have lived together in the same home.

Can the alleged victim drop the charge?

No. An injunction is a separate civil case that can restrict contact, housing, and firearm possession even if the criminal case is dropped.

Should I talk to police after a DV call?

You have the right to remain silent and to ask for a lawyer. Statements at the scene are often the State's key evidence.

The purpose is to get EUR place @ CB for LCR compliance purpose (no trading purposes). Bank's Management think that this should be considered as a trading position and therefore be classified within the Bank's trading book.…
