We have researched this extensively with Board, IA and Risk Managers and the theory and practice are not always aligned.
Although the two are supposed to be feed off each other, the truth seems to be somewhat different. For a start, they start from different perspectives and different objectives, making the journey they travel different. I would be interested to hear members view on this (and the Forum research/agenda)?
