Greetings from Japan.
Together with other risk-manager I'm doing some research on the
theme of "risk management against the risks beyond supposition". e.g.,
the tripple disasters of earthquake, tsunami and nuclear accident...
My findings so far indicate that here in Japan, people, politicians,
academics and even risk-managers tend to avoid to prepare for the worst
scenarios. I would like to compare this in an international context.
Will anyone kindly comment on this? And, if possible, would you please
recommend any articles, publications or
website references which you find any relevance to my study?
Thank you!
Hideo Suzuki, PRM
