Now we are going to perform a FX swap (i.e. Spot + forward) JPY/EUR for the Bank account for 1 week at the longest. I believe the overall process should be simply to communicate to the organization. Once the framework has been communicate then you can go into greater detail on the sequential steps. The process should be promoting pro-active communications. Attached is a simple definition and process flow.
