Political Risk In Uganda

Many Institutional Board rooms could be concerned about our country's political risk. In view of the precedence, i would but not so much that i can miss my sleep over night. However, when you look at the trends in African countries  and particularly the events in Kampala of recent including the Mabira, the Masiro and Kayunga incidents, you may get awake in the middle of the night. What is your rating of Uganda's political risk and what are the best control options?
