I am the Vice President of Risk Management for a not for profit human service agency in Connecticut. My current business challenges are getting the spark into employees so that they buy into new systems and methods of reducing risk or keeping cost to the minimum. At the same time, the increase of insurance costs affects our business while only offering bare bones services. I constantly look to how we could get more information and training to our employees.I am also interested in executive level risk management training that is geared towards a human service agency.
