I am connected with Visayan Electric Company, an electric distribution utility in Cebu, Philippines. I am currently a supervisor of a newly formed Organizational Risk Management Department. A newbie to this job, i find it very challenging and interesting at the same time. What keeps me busy at present is reviewing all the operational risk management plan of all the departments and implement the testing and simulation of our Business Continuity Plan as part of our campaign development plan. I want to join this group so i can search more relevant information and techniques regarding risk management and hopefully i can share to the group some inputs from my recent experiences from our training and table top discussions.
