As a Business Development Manager and Marketing Officer at Horizonscan, I am responsible for promoting and selling our consultancy services on resilience, crisis management, and business continuity to various clients, partners, and stakeholders. I have over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in different industries, including English as a foreign language and retail banking.
I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients. I also have strong management and leadership skills, as I have led and supported teams of different sizes and locations and handled financial and operational matters. I am currently pursuing my MBA at the University of Kent, where I am enhancing my knowledge and skills in business administration and management.
