  Mark Sir,
  I read your entry on VaR - Friend or Foe - and must say it made interesting reading, so interesting in fact that I'd like to enquire if you would like to refine your views a little further and have them published in a small Journal I distribute in North East Asia - the Journal of Regulation & Risk - North Asia.
  My next copy is out Monday and I'd like to forward you a pdf copy - we carry numerous papers by well known names - for my own sins, I'll be writing a article on Basel III and how the banks once more managed to avoid stricter Capital Rules - which in my opinion is a bad thing if we wish to reduce risky behaviour.
