Matthew is a Senior Project Manager for NContracts. Currently his work with NContracts is focused on regulatory content and risk content development as well as client projects requiring specific regulatory subject matter expertise. He was formerly the Chief Compliance Officer for Advance Financial, a privately-held consumer financial services company with 100 retail storefronts and an online presence in 20 states. Prior to joining Advance Financial, Matthew was an independent regulatory compliance consultant for several small and mid-sized banks and credit unions in the Midwest and Southwest. He has also served as a BSA/AML, Vendor Management, ACH/Payments and Risk Subject Matter Expert in various institutions and organizations. Matthew received a BA in Political Science and a BA in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin and attended Western Michigan University - Cooley Law School.
