Within the UK Financial Services division of CGI, I provide strategic direction to products and services, developing new propositions to address the evolving payments industry, and devising new and enhanced product functionality. My role involves business consultancy and sales support to major bids, providing business content expertise, and discussing requirements and opportunities with bank management. I am responsible for production of thought leadership articles and conference speaking on payments industry issues and opportunities.
