Management Consultant Executive Summary I have extensive experience in implementing and facilitating global solution (JD Edwards) implementations, also operational procedures, and business processes in Europe, America and Russia. Prior to this consulting experience I have held mid to senior positions as National Distribution and Logistics Manager, Operation and Maintenance, Production, Purchasing and Inventory Control Management, Parts and Service Manager, and Customer Service Manager and other managerial operational roles. My in-depth knowledge of JD Edwards E1 suites and processes focus in: Capital Asset Management (P&EM), Purchasing, Inventory, and Product Data Management with manufacturing and distribution. With both industry knowledge and experience of helping organizations improve their performance primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and development of plans for improvement, I have provided organizational change management assistance, development of coaching skills, technology implementation, strategy development, and operational improvement services.
