I have more than 20 years of Senior Risk management & Consulting experience working with organizations across Saudi Arabia, GCC and Pakistan. I am specialist in development and implementation of Risk and credit functions, Data Engineering, portfolio management and reporting to Board, Senior Management so they are aware of risks to their parts of the business. Currently working with BRG Data insight (KSA) as Risk Management Specialist and mainly responsible to give Risk advisory services not limited to risk related, Modeling and Data engineering projects. Deployed Credit & Risk Departments and Integrate it according to overall strategic planning, policies, processes & systems for timely identification & assessment of material risk on an ongoing basis. Revamp Tasneef classification certificate criteria which is the indicator to determine the contractor’s ability and competence, along with development of financial limits as the minimum limit for government project value to be eligible for assignment to a contractor by each group and grade wise with their technical limits to evaluate the Mandatory and Bonus criteria of the various sectors. Major Clients are • Ministry of Municipal and Rural affairs and housing (MoMRA) • Agriculture Development Fund (ADF) Previous to BRG worked in different capacity last as Vice President, in financial institutions where managed the Risks in the domain of Credits, Market, Liquidity, Operations & strategy in accordance with the vision set by the Board of Directors and implemented regulatory framework including IFRS 9, BASEL, RAROC, ICAAP and managed the banks’ Capital utilization management. In my career spans as a Risk Management expert, I worked for: • BANKS • CONSULTING COMPANIES • MANUFACTURING • GOVERNMENT POLICY I have also diversified professional experience in social and academia sector, worked as an active speaker, trainer, & and visiting faculty and passionately working for the development of human resource of corporate industry, student and youth from the platform of different institutions and universities.
