My name is Lee Pokorski and I am the newly appointed head of Risk Management and group security at ArcelorMittal. One of my first priorities will be to analyse and define our Risk Management functions level of maturity across the group, focusing on Governance, Organisation, Business and Strategic Support , Learning and development to name a few. Once a maturity level has been defined then a clear action plan will be developed to increase maturity levels where required aligned to leading practice. I am looking forward to engaging in discussions with experienced Risk Professionals to share experiences and challenges.
