This in-person workshop takes a deep dive into risk assessment—an essential element of any compliance and ethics program. Whether your organization already has a mature model in place or is just beginning its risk assessment journey, you’ll learn strategies that will help you perform better risk assessments and maximize your effectiveness in identifying inherent risks to your organization and/or issues in processes and procedures. 

Instructors will utilize numerous examples to illustrate key principles and attendees will have opportunities to work through exercises and case studies from the industry of their choice (such as healthcare, manufacturing, sales, etc.) along with other attendees. Participants will benefit from the interactive nature of this event by hearing about barriers and solutions from a variety of perspectives. 

In addition to a deeper understanding of effective risk assessment, the in-person conference experience will provide participants with the chance to enjoy shared learning and make valuable connections with compliance peers for long-term program support, professional opportunities, and future collaboration.  

This workshop is open to all but is best suited for intermediate professionals with some compliance experience.
