Model risk is still one of the key areas that banks and other financial institutions are currently focusing on. They are investing a lot into talent and infrastructure to support model risk management and consistent compliance with the Letter 11-7. Annual reviews such as CCAR and DFAST create additional challenges for model risk professionals. Model risk is on the top of the companies’ agendas when it comes to risk management issues.
This premiere GFMI conference will bring together heads of model risk management to help banks and other financial firms to improve and maintain strong and sustainable model risk practices. Attendees will learn how to ensure all models are in line with the regulatory guidance and model risk is minimized in annual CCAR. New approaches to enhance data management, model inventory and model risk tools will be examined. Last but not least, the latest methodologies for validation will be discussed.
Attendees have the opportunity to receive up to 13.5 CPE credits.
