A View from the C-Suite: Risk Management in the Insurance Industry
Dating from the time of Lloyd’s of London, risk management in the insurance industry has a long history. Our distinguished panel will bring us up to date on the changes that have marked the last several years, and the newest challenges and trends for their lines of business. Areas of focus will include: the relationship with the Board of Directors; Own Risk Self Assessments (ORSA) implementation; Enterprise Risk Management; the impacts of continued low to negative interest rate on both sides of the balance sheet; changes in regulatory expectations; cybersecurity; and how big data is changing the industry.
