This session will present and give you the opportunity to interact with our Six Step Problem-Solving Method that will provide a framework to thoroughly define, assess and find a solution to your situation.

After defining the problem, the next step will be to explore your issue, by collecting and assessing the information you have. Following that, you’ll look at what other data and points of view you need to take into consideration.

You will then generate options, select a solution, create a plan of action, and set up a system to review and assess progress. This model also allows you to revisit your challenge and adjust your plan or come up with a new option if your solution isn’t working.

During this session, you will also have the opportunity to look at your real-life situation and apply it to the Steps in our Problem-Solving Method.
