Overview:

This webinar will provide an overview of the importance of job descriptions and the "nuts and bolts" of how to develop an effective job description. The importance of job descriptions in supporting HR processes and complying with employment laws will also be included. The discussion includes an overview of the components of the job descriptions and establishing methods to keep them current. Common pitfalls and myths about job descriptions will also be discussed.
