DROItm Performance Analysis Tool is a systematic performance analysis process that assists the user in analyzing the impact of their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in financial and other terms. Calculating Diversity's return on investment (DROItm) requires asking key questions and performing key tasks along the way.
