The Indonesia Footwear Summit 2026, co-organized by Asosiasi Persepatuan Indonesia (APRISINDO) and ECV International, will be held in Indonesia from April 13 to 15, 2026. The Indonesia Footwear Summit 2026 aims to bring together leading international brands, manufacturers, designers, suppliers, policymakers, retailers, and technology providers. It will serve as a catalyst to strengthen Indonesia’s global footwear presence, accelerate technology integration, promote sustainable practices, and forge partnerships that drive inclusive and sustainable growth.
Indonesia's footwear industry is undergoing remarkable growth and transformation. It is projected to generate US$6.57 billion in revenue by 2025, with exports expected to reach US$3.77 billion by August 2025. Since February 2025, the workforce in the sector has expanded by 35%, reflecting strong growth in domestic employment.
Against this backdrop, the Indonesia Footwear Summit 2026 will feature in-depth discussions on the following topics:
1, Policy Interpretation and Compliance: The Indonesian Ministry of Trade will explain Indonesia's trade policies, investment incentives, and industry development directions;
2, Sustainable Development Practices: Covering green materials, the circular economy, ESG strategies, and carbon neutrality paths;
3, Smart Manufacturing and Digital Transformation: Discussing the application of technologies such as AI, digital twins, and 3D design in the footwear industry;
4, Supply Chain Resilience and International Cooperation: Analyzing the impact of global trade policy changes on the supply chain and addressing strategies;

In addition, on-site visits to shoe factories will be organized on the third day of the summit, allowing participants to experience the real scene of Indonesian footwear manufacturing, evaluate cooperation potential, and expand local networks.
