Great article in the last Risk magazine! (The problem is severity). It is short and to the issue. So your suggestion is to establish a process similar to Chapter 11 to all systemic institutions worldwide. Does it mean that countries or jurisdiction should forfeit their legislation to follow up this model? How do you think can such legislation be practically achieved?
