I am one of 3 operatives of a new private training company providing training for health, socialcare and private security workforce. I am the Strategic Development manager. My linkedin profile evidence the 'newness' of the company. We are competent and skilled in various levels of workforce skills development: front-line to executive leadership, strategic vision and negotiations in areas of identified professions.
