As a consumer, I have a totally different prospective over insurance industry, may it be, life, auto, home. The Corporate behaviour of Industry is really unsustainable from the consumer point of view. My opinion is not just based upon 15 years of experience in USA, but it goes back to over 30 years in the Caribbean, South America and over another 15 years or so in the UK and in Europe.
