Hi, My background is as a Director of Corporate Communications, having worked for Sony, Energis, T-Mobile and Belron. My expertise and passion is in issues and crisis management and in risk reputation management. I have recently founded CrisisVu, a real-time online media monitoring service which filters and analyses online conversations about brands and presents them in a highly intuitive mindmap, allowing crisis managers to instantly see the significance and business impact of the conversations and respond in a timely and effective manner.
