I am Business Service Manager with Renthouse International B.V, and we operate in the Ranstad area of the Netherlands.
There are 3 main aspects to our business.
We provide buying and guidance for investors looking to purchase property in Holland as a long term investment and for renting out the property as temporary homes for expats.
We are a fully NVM-licensed real estate brokerage with 42 years' experience in the dutch property market, and we specialise in finding the perfect living space for expats over in Holland on secondment with their international company.
We also provide full technical and financial property management services for those owners of property in Holland who live abroad and want to rent out their homes on the expat market with as little fuss as possible.
Our main challenges are much the same as many other long-established companies driving into the 21st century. To modernise, to grow, and to always look to innovate to build closer relationships with our clients.
Apart from my company's business, I am here because I have a very keen interest in global economics and strategy, and this is the best forum for that.
