Hi Sohayla.
There are a few trends beginning to emerge in this area:
1. There is more notice given to non-traditional high tech businesses.
2. More investors are seeking the latest smart-phone app.
3. More European start-ups are trying to come to the US.
4. Very strong investigatory emphasis on water related issues.
And finally there is a growing attention to providing locally grown produce to the immediate surrounding.
