A Whitepaper for you on Facilitating Critical Conversations

If you’re an avid reader of my blog you would have noticed over the last six weeks that I’ve been writing about the importance and skill of facilitating valuable risk workshops. I’ve also had the pleasure recently of hosting a couple of free MasterClasses on this topic with great success and engagement from my followers.

The message is clear: becoming a gun facilitator is imperative in making sustainable impact for your colleagues and your organisation.

With many people reaching out to me asking for a recording of my MasterClasses, I’ve decided to take what’s already been written, expand on it further and produce a whitepaper titled ‘Risk Workshop Facilitation: the Art and Science of Facilitating Critical Conversations’.

My hope is that you’ll derive great value from my experience over the years of facilitating many, many risk conversations. I’ve often said it’s one of my favourite things to do.

As always, let me know what you think. And remember your goal: to be known as the facilitator of invaluable conversations. If you nail that, you nail your career as a risk professional.

P.S. For those of you who want to deep dive into training on becoming a gun facilitator, my next online Mastering Risk Workshop Facilitation Course will be held on the 2nd and 3rd of June. More details and registering option can be found here.
