The news on linkstates on May 10, 2011 that Profile Technologies, Inc. (OTC: PRTK) announced that it filed on May 9, 2011 for a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code ("Bankruptcy Code") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York ("Bankruptcy Court").
