Risk Project Execution Utilising Agile Principles

Many of you might have experienced your technology team advising that the decision has been made to follow an Agile SDLC rather than your traditional development approach to deliver some upgrade or new technology for your Risk business – what does Agile mean?

Developing and delivering technology based business solutions for risk related initiatives, either regulatory or practically driven, are notoriously difficult to achieve on time, on budget, completing 100% scope and meeting stakeholder expectations. and moving to Agile seems like a big change, and many of us fear change!

So we have written a guide for C-Level Risk Executives, other C-Level Executives, Project Managers or just any interested stakeholder who might be faced with this question and want to know what it means for their benefits to be realised - and their aspirations to be fulfilled.

This is the first community we are providing this free guide - so please feel free to send me your comments and critiques, postive or negative. We are always open and accepting of feedback! We have loaded the guide to the Forums under the same title and you can access the PDF there. If not Message me and I am more than happy to provide it.

Thanks and regards,

Phil Gadzinski Director Risk Project Execution
